When rates dropped this year we contacted Steve to determine if refinancing our loan would be cost effective for our situation. We received an estimate the same day and made the decision to proceed with the re-fi. We closed on the loan less than 3 weeks later and was pleasantly surprised when the closing costs were lower than the original estimate. As with our first experience using Steve, the process was seamless and we never had to leave our home to sign the documents. If you're looking for a true professional, we highly recommend giving Steve a try.

I had countless conversations with other people about how long and protracted their refi has been, and how they’ve been in the dark the whole time about the status. This was never the case with Steve. This process was painless and lightning fast, from day 1. His communication made all the difference - he is patient, answered all our questions, and replied to emails within 30min or less most times. The communication on status between us, our agent and title was superb. Will definitely use Steve in the future and I highly recommend him.

Steve was extremely informative and quick to answer all questions (like within minutes to a couple hours at max, but usually within minutes of my email)via email or phone call. I tried doing a refi months earlier with a family friend, and it was a complete S. Show. We spent 3 months working on it with a horrible appraisal, and un accurate credit rates and not the interest rate I was looking for. Steve used up to date info, and credit ratings, gave me a doc list the first day, and never faltered from that list. His online system is super easy and practicle. Every step was easier then the one before it. All in all, I will never use another lender, and will be referring all my friends and family to Steve. Your a rockstar man, keep it up!

I have a very complex income situation and right from the first conversation, Steve dug right in and broke it all down through the various levels of businesses to be able to present it to lenders in a way they could understand it. Steve was able to get me approved at great rate while other lenders were looking for reasons to walk away from a complex situation. My loan with Stephen was the easiest loan process that I have went through. Stephen is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, thorough and prompt. At every step of the process, Stephen let us know what our options were, including the pros and cons of every option, which allowed us to make informed decisions much easier. Beyond the normal effort on our part to provide proof of income, etc., there was very little effort required on our part to complete this. Along the way, we did have a few questions and Stephen answered everything fully and promptly. I have been through several home purchases in my life, and this was by far the easiest. I will not hesitate to use Stephen again in the future, if needed.

This is my 2nd time working with Steve. He originally helped me when I first bought my house and then again when I refinanced from an FHA loan to a conventional loan. I talked to many lenders and Steve beat all there rates by .4% which saved me around $100 a month for a 30 year loan. Just like the first time working with him his was really efficient completing the process not wasting any time and telling me exactly what documentation was needed. He listened to my situation and gave me a couple options to choose from that would accomplish my goals. I will continue to go to Steve for all my financing needs and would highly recommend him to anyone else. It was a pleasure to work with him.
